Red veins, medically known as telangiectasia, are commonly found on the cheeks, around the nose, and on the legs, and respond well to treatment with Epil 2000. Although highly effective on the face, it is less so on the legs other than for very small clusters. The causes of red veins can be hereditary, sun exposure, severe allergic reactions, exposure to heat and cold, or dehydration.
The Epil 2000 system places a fine needle on the skin and a small amount of heat cauterises the capillary and dries the blood seepage. More than one treatment may be required to clear an area. It is not a comfortable experience but is tolerable for most clients. During healing, the area initially looks darker as dried blood is a deeper tone than fresh blood. Skin Needling
Skin needling is a safe and increasingly popular skin renewal technique to restore the healthy and youthful appearance of your skin at a fraction of the cost of comparable treatments and with minimal or zero downtime.
