Longevity has become a new catchphrase and coupled with an array of proposals for well being. Is this a new goal?

I think the discerning and interested have always looked to be responsible for their appearance alongside good health. Daydreams first brochure was titled Inside Out Beauty. It emphasised the need for mind and body well being to be aligned. Then, multiple decades ago, the tool I was using was aromatherapy oils to protect ourselves from extrinsic and intrinsic forces that can effect our work, our relationships, creativity and intellect and ultimately our appearance. Recently whilst searching on my book shelf I rediscovered Dr. Perricone.’s 7 secrets to Beauty, Health and LONGEVITY! The Miracle of Cellular Rejuvenation. May have been on the shelf for 20 years.! I still have not found the miracle cure for ageing but I am more than happy with the professional tools and systems available to me.
