Daydreams has researched, chosen and invested in LYCON Precision Waxing. This is an exciting range of high-quality professional depilatory waxes and products. The system is designed to make your waxing experience easier, more comfortable, and deliver superb results.
The unique barrier oil applied before waxing allows the hair to be shrink-wrapped in wax, but not the skin. The wax contains a strong resin to grip the hair without tugging the skin. Within the range there are many choices of scent, colour, and formula.
Daydreams' choice of non-strip wax is So Berry Berry, with its fresh berry fragrance. Desert Rose LycoJet is a thinner, vibrant red, unscented stripless wax that is suitable for lighter vellus (fluffy) hair. Of course, we also use LycoDream for lip, brow, and underarm waxing because it is flexible while still providing an uncompromising grip.
Prior to waxing, Lycotane Skin Cleanser with jasmine and chamomile removes traces of lotions, perspiration, and make-up. This is followed by the application of apricot kernel pre-waxing oil. After waxing, the skin is cleansed again, followed by Anti Bump Lemon and Arnica Foaming Gel to calm the skin and protect the skin barrier. A quick spray of Ingrown-X-It, which can also be purchased for home use, helps minimise the appearance of ingrown hairs before the final indulgence of Perfect Finish Moisturising Oil.

What to Do After Treatment
Wear loose clothing.
Apply only soothing products to the skin, such as arnica, chamomile, or aloe vera.
Use Ingrown-X-It spray as directed.
What Not to Do for 24 Hours After Waxing
Do not apply perfumed creams.
Do not use deodorant on treated areas.
Do not make your bath or shower too hot.
Do not swim in a public swimming pool.
Do not use a sunbed.
Avoid touching the treated area unnecessarily.
Avoid friction or rubbing on the skin.

Lycon Precision Waxing Prices
The prices shown are a guide. Clients vary in their preferences. Some clients request a Playboy but with all hair removed from the back area. The treatment can be adapted to individual requirements and priced accordingly on the scale of £18- £33. Paper knickers are available but the more radical the treatment requested the easier it is to work without them.
