Medik8 Liquid Peptides Advanced MP
Liquid Peptides Advanced MP is a recent addition to the Medik8 skincare range. Peptides are already well established as one of the key building blocks in skin health and repair, with different peptide complexes offering different targeted benefits.
Medik8 state that the appearance of expression lines may be visibly improved within 10 minutes, and that deeper-set wrinkles can show improvement over approximately 8 weeks. While the immediate effect is likely to be related to hydration and plumping, longer-term results are more credible and clinically relevant.
In practice, this is one of the most effective peptide serums I have used, particularly following earlier formulations such as TDX20 elixir.
Interestingly, this product has also gained popularity with male clients, possibly due to its simplicity and ease of use as a home-based treatment.
In-Salon Combination Treatments
In the treatment room, I have combined Liquid Peptides with Venus Viva and microneedling for deeper expression lines, with very positive results.
The serum can be used both morning and evening and does not require sun avoidance.
It fits well within Medik8’s CSA philosophy:
Vitamin C in the morning
Vitamin A (retinol) at night
Personal Use Routine
Personally, I apply Liquid Peptides first, followed by Crystal Retinol, and then Night Restore. However, this is a progression that has developed over years of experience and tolerance building with active ingredients.
