Sun Protection
Everyone I think now knows the importance of sun protection from both UVA and UVB. UVA = ageing. UVB = burning. Having spent a day at the coast recently I can vouch for the effectiveness of both physical and chemical suncreams against sun burning. I go for the physical on my face with zinc even though there is some ‘whiteout’. Timing is important with the chemical suncreams as you need to allow 20 mins before sun exposure. You have to mindful of this when topping up also.
